Create barcode labels, build a print selection from different groups, and reprint whenever needed.
Choose a method. All generated barcodes are added to your workspace.
Upload a CSV or Excel file to generate barcodes from existing asset IDs. No new numbering required.
For CSV: use a column named Barcode ID or ID. Use the three columns Barcode ID, Asset Name (optional) and Collection. Excel import requires an internet connection to load its parser.
Generate or import IDs → open My Barcodes → add any mix of IDs, groups or ranges to Print Selection → choose copies and print.
Create a numbered batch using any prefix. Review the barcodes below before printing.
Preview: CH-0001 to CH-0100
Find and select barcodes from any collection or prefix.
| Barcode ID | Asset name | Collection | Preview |

Mix different prefixes, collections and individual labels into one print job.
Only IDs that already exist in your workspace will be added.
Enter the exact prefix, including the dash if used. Example: CH-, from 16 to 25, matches CH-0016 to CH-0025. Only existing IDs are added.
Paste one ID per line or separate with commas. IDs must already exist.
Adjust the number of copies for each barcode. Remove items without deleting them from your workspace.
Review the labels on screen first, then choose Print / Save as PDF. Set scale to 100%. A4 output is for uncut sheets; precut stock requires an exact manufacturer template.
